What are your payment terms?
We require full payment at the beginning of the project. Our business has been around for nearly 4 years and has earned plenty of positive reviews that demonstrate that we follow through and deliver on what we promise. You can be confident that you’ll receive what you paid for.

Can I negotiate the payment terms?
No. Please remember that we are a business. You wouldn’t approach any other business and try to get them to give you special treatment, so please don’t do it to us.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround is usually around 10 business days after we would have an in-depth phone conversation to gather information.
